Blinc's Amplified Tubing Mascara creates a beautiful, ultra longwearing, soft glam look in a semi-matte finish. This is also a buildable mascara.

Once applied, the tiny tubes bind to your lashes and can't run, smudge, clump, or flake, even if you sweat, cry, or rub your eyes.
